Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in Canada and USA

• $12 flat rate shipping 
• FREE shipping on orders over $125 before tax
• Orders are shipped from our store in Oshawa, ON
• Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days
• An email will be sent with your tracking information when your order has left our shop
• $100 insurance is included. If you require more insurance you must email us Before you place your order as you will be required to pay for those additional fees
• USA ORDERS duties, taxes & tariffs are NOT included in the shipping cost and are your responsibility

Damaged Product / Packages:  Please email us right away info@aidebodycare.com

WE RECYCLE: Packages are shipped in recyclable material.  We reuse all our bubble wrap & packing peanuts from our supplier deliveries and reuse again when shipping customer orders. 

Please note that because all items are handmade, specific colours & details of items may slightly vary from the images on our website.
